Can I return my item?

All physical products are print-on-demand. Due to this, they are non-refundable because they are made for you once you order it. However, if you have any issues with your order, (i.e. it comes damaged or defective) please contact us, and we will be happy to assist you.

Most of Elemental SoundWorks' music is available to license here on Pond5. If you have any trouble finding the specific song, contact us for assistance.
